eLearning & Software is, again, part of the digital transformation. As Partners in European funded projects and Certified Moodle Partners for Moodle, we continue to contribute to change and evolution, by creating, sustaining and promoting digitization and knowledge sharing. This time in a different way.
The Heroes Of SMEs: Developing Unique Mentoring Skills And Techniques – He-Men, Erasmus + Strategic Partnership Partner Project (2019 -2021) brings an innovative approach to the digital transformation of SMEs.
In December we had our first meeting in Riga, Latvia when the project was officially launched and we shared best practices and relevant work methodology.
Why HE – MEN Project has an innovative approach?
The HE-MEN Project focuses on developing a solution for senior entrepreneurs and SME around Europe, by developing and applying unique mentoring skills and exchange good practices. Our message is for all employees and entrepreneurs “You Have the Power”.
In addition to this, the He-Men project will aim to develop digital mentoring skills of SME mentors by spreading a reverse mentoring approach. Thus will bridge generational gaps between older and younger employees in SMEs, and it will spur innovation and new product and service ideas by more actively soliciting input and advice from younger workers in the digital transformation era.
The He-Men project partnership will develop such intellectual outputs – a Competence map, a Mentoring Community e-solution, Training materials, an E-learning platform and a Methodology for group peer mentoring activities.
The project partners are:
- Baltijas Datoru akademija (Latvia, coordinator),
- Warsaw University of Technology (Poland),
- Mugla Sıtkı Kocman University (Turkey),
- eLearning & Software (Romania),
- ADINVEST Europe aisbl (Belgium).
